- Attic Trusses simplify floor systems, since all the load is transferred to the outside walls. Fewer piers are needed in the foundation, and floor joist layouts use fewer pieces, and economical, readily available lengths.
- Construction goes quickly, because the whole roof-floor assembly can be hoisted into place with a crane. Often, an entire roof system can be dried-in in a single day. This reduces labor costs and reduces the amount of time your in-proccess construction is exposed to the elements.
